FAQs

Yes! This is one of the most popular Nespresso machines and our capsules work perfectly with it.

Delivery takes 3-4 working days for the UK via Royal Mail 48, our standard shipping option.

We offer an express delivery service too, with orders arriving the next working day if you order before 1pm in the UK.

For international shipping, send us a message.

Up to 12 months, depending on best before date.

Like with any coffee, store capsules in a cool, dry place like your cupboard.

Our capsules are compatible with all Nespresso Original machines (just not Nespresso Vertuo.)

Not yet unfortunately!

We only take online orders at the moment. All orders are packed and shipped with great care from our hub in Bristol.

Shipping is completely free for orders over £30.

For orders under £30, shipping starts at £3.99 via Royal Mail 48.

For coffees with milk, such as flat whites, lattes, or cappuccinos, we recommend our Reserve Blend or our Classic Blend if you're looking for something stronger.

Our Reserve Blend is best for a lungo, while our Classic Blend is best for an espresso.

Our single origins can all be enjoyed as either a lungo or espresso - it just depends on your personal taste!

If any of your coffee capsules were damaged while in transit, please send us an email to us with a photo and your order number at hello@movingbeans.com

We'll send you replacements for any damaged capsules free of charge.

Note that if you'd like to claim for a refund on a recent purchase, please include "Refund" in the subject line as well as your customer or order number in the message. Please make sure to check our refund policy first.
